Our Founder
Jessica Hunt-Mable
Jessica Hunt-Mable is a dedicated advocate for women facing breast cancer and a resilient Stage 2 survivor herself. With an undergraduate degree in Biology, a Master’s in Biotechnology, and over 15 years in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, Jessica brings a unique blend of scientific expertise and personal experience to her mission.
She founded The Hunt-Mable Hope Foundation with a vision to create a compassionate, community-centered resource for women impacted by breast cancer, focusing on the unique challenges that Black women often encounter on this journey.
Affectionately known as “Momma Jess” by friends and coworkers, Jessica is celebrated for her natural ability to nurture, mentor, and inspire others. Her strong belief in resilience and community fuels her leadership of The Hunt-Mable Hope Foundation, creating a space that empowers breast cancer warriors with support and resources to face their journey with strength.
In addition to her work with the foundation, Jessica recently embraced a new chapter in life as her beloved daughtiece joined her home, stepping into “momtiehood” with love and commitment.
This spring, she will begin pursuing her MBA at Bowie State University and plans to join Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., deepening her lifelong dedication to learning and community service.
